White water rafting down the longest river on earth makes the trip exciting. Rafting combined with a boat trip to one of the excluded islands on the fresh water Lake Victoria is another beautiful experience. A travel to the extreme Eastern region of the country gives you a view to the lush vegetation of Mountain Elgon and this combined with the Sipi Falls is another magnificent experience.

  1. Day 1 White water rafting

    White water rafting, enjoy a full day of rafting in the white waters of River Nile the longest river in the world. This is an activity that is so exciting that you will want more of it after your completion. Diner and overnight at Surjio’s Guest House http://surjios.com/or its equivalent.

  2. Day 2 Boat ride to Samuka island

    After breakfast, take a boat ride to Samuka Island. Samuka Island is a unique and possibly one of Uganda’s ultimate getaway destinations. There are over 50 species of migratory and resident birds found on Samuka Island. The island is now one of two known breeding sites for long tailed cormorants and little egrets in Uganda.

    This is one of Uganda’s unique get away destinations. A gentle boat trip from Rumors pub at the Source of the River Nile will take you to the island. Dinner and overnight at Surjio’s Guest House http://surjios.com/or its equivalent.

  3. Day 3 Mountain Elgon National park with magnificent views (Approximately 2 hrs. drive)

    Travel to Mountain Elgon National Park and view the Sipi falls. Have a view of a magnificent terrain covered with green vegetation. Dinner and overnight at Mt. Elgon Hotel http://www.mountelgonhotel.com/or its equivalent.

  4. Day 4 Travel day (Approximately 4 hours’ drive)

    Leisurely travel to Kampala
